SHIPPING

• Returns on un-used pottery may be exchanged for other work within 30 days of original invoice date of purchase. Return postage is not refundable. Please contact us via e-mail for return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Work will be shipped out in 1-7 business days via DHL ground or UPS ground, unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
• Orders with P.O. boxes will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
• International shipping will not be visible on the internet invoice, but will be charged. The international customer will be contacted for approval, prior to shipping the merchandise. We reserve the right to adjust your on-line invoice based on final shipping costs incurred.
• Shipping and handling is a standard 15% except on international orders and orders under $100.  A shipping and Handling fee of 15$ will be charged for all orders under $15.
• Packing charges are necessary to ensure your orders arrive intact. Note: We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Customer Privacy is very important to us. We do not share or sell any information provided to us by our customers.

• Information Collection and Uses:
• We collect no information on consumers who browse our Web Site.
• The information we collect, except for updates subscribers, is and used during transactional process then immediately discarded from our servers.
• We do not set any cookies.
• With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
